About the role
This position is responsible for providing presentation services for our clients, including design, editing, and coordination of pitch books and other materials to support client brands.
Responsibilities
- Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all presentation work.
- Thoroughly assess job requests and ensure appropriate completion of tasks throughout the lifecycle.
- Perform presentation design, including creating, editing, and error-correcting multiple document types (e.g., PowerPoint pitch books).
- Use established procedures, standards, and formats to complete presentation requests to client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using equipment, technology, software, and hardware required for the role.
- Communicate with team members, leads, supervisors, or clients regarding job or deadline concerns.
- Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
- Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
- Foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and client relationship building.
- Perform Quality Assurance on own work and/or the work of others, as requested.
- Adhere to company and client policies.
- Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of presentations experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
- Skilled in MS Office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) with strong keyboarding and typing skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe PDF and Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Intermediate knowledge of grammar, spelling, and composition.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
- Good judgment to make decisions aligned with business needs and policies.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
- Ability to maintain professional composure under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $21.78/hour – $31.39/hour. Starting pay is determined based on relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and business needs. Roles typically follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Total compensation may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
