Presentation Designer, Mid

Job Summary and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supporting marketing, business development, and executive efforts by creating presentation, document, and spreadsheet templates; designing visuals for presentations and proposals; formatting presentations and documents and ensuring consistency; designing marketing collateral; and creating graphics, icons, and other visual elements.

This position is based in our corporate office in McLean, Virginia.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or other related field of study from an accredited college or university and 2 years of related experience, or 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio; Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign; and Canva and Figma).

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert ability to design presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with teams to prioritize assignments while maintaining high quality.
• Strong layout, typography, and document design skills.
• Experience working with large, text-heavy documents and managing version control.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is listed below. “Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.”

Pay Range: USD $62,880.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
