Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality PowerPoint presentations that align with business goals and the needs of our sales and investment teams
- Develop data visualizations and format numerical data, charts, text, and other visual graphic elements
- Work closely within the broader Creative team and with other members of the Marketing department in the development of a design from start to finish
- Create animations to illustrate complex concepts
- Collaborate with speakers to create or improve their presentations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business in the development and maintenance of presentation materials
- Work closely with project managers to coordinate the production of presentations as part of a full suite of event collateral
- Maintain brand standards and consistency of message and design across presentation materials
- Review work for accuracy of typing, layout, consistency, and format
- Ensure proper prioritization, meet all established deadlines, and proactively resolve issues that may impact the success of active projects

- Ability to translate and simplify complex data through information graphics and charts
- Ability to work independently and take initiative iterating to solve creative problems
- Ability to work as part of a team, and take both broad and narrow direction
- Expert proficiency with: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), Adobe Creative Suite, and coding experience that focuses on data-driven data visualization (html/JavaScript/D3/JSON/Python)
- Exceptional customer service skills that help support a teamwork mindset
- Highly organized and results-oriented
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Graphic design, communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Relevant Years Of Experience: Minimum three years of experience in marketing, communications, design, and/or advertising, with a focus on communication design and/or brand management
