Presentation Designer

Location: Fully remote, must work EST/CST
Type: 2 week assignment August 31–September 11
Compensation Range: $45–$48/hr W2

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Freelance PowerPoint Presentation Designer for a fast-turnaround, high-volume project supporting an upcoming medical conference. This is a two-week production sprint focused on polishing and standardizing 22 presentation decks (~20 slides each, totaling ~440 slides) to ensure a cohesive, high-quality visual brand across the entire event.

Responsibilities

• Apply provided master templates, typographic hierarchies (fonts, colors, headline sizes), and brand guidelines across all 22 decks.
• Align layouts, text, data charts, and speaker-note style slides for clean visual balance.
• Incorporate assets from pre-built icon sets and an approved photo library (curated by our Creative Director).
• Standardize visual styling across all decks so the entire suite looks seamless, professional, and produced by a single designer.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with heavy experience in master slides, template application, and fast-paced formatting.
• Strong eye for detail, alignment, typographic consistency, and layout polish (this role focuses on production design and consistency rather than deep creative strategy).
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-turnaround environment.
• Proven experience working on corporate or conference presentation decks.
