What You Will Do
- In collaboration with key stakeholders, design and produce all client-facing materials for AP Intelligence and our Data & AI team, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across PowerPoint, InDesign, web, and other formats
- Translate complex data and AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives and visuals for enterprise decision-makers—moving quickly from brief to finished asset
- Craft pre-sale and post-sale marketing materials that educate clients about AP Intelligence's unique value proposition in the data and AI landscape
- Stay current on industry trends in data intelligence, AI/ML applications, news intelligence, and enterprise SaaS solutions, applying that knowledge to timely marketing content
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Data Science, Product, and Sales teams to distill technical concepts into accessible, visually engaging content—often under tight deadlines
- Serve as brand steward for AP Intelligence, ensuring all creative work adheres to AP's brand identity and design guidelines
- Build and maintain a library of sales enablement assets including customizable presentation templates, one-pagers, case studies, and demo scripts
Who You Are
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in design or marketing production roles at a B2B technology company, publisher, agency, or data/intelligence provider
- Proven track record producing high-quality marketing materials for complex technology products, particularly in data, AI, SaaS, or enterprise intelligence solutions
- Strong executional design skills with mastery of PowerPoint and Keynote presentation design—you can take a rough outline and turn it into a polished deck fast
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and modern design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
- Strong writing and editing skills with ability to distill technical concepts for business audiences; fluency in AP Style
- Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise sales cycles
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment—comfortable managing multiple simultaneous requests, shifting priorities, and quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality
- Hightly organized and self-directed, with strong project management instincts and a bias toward action
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders
