Provider Network Development – Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand an exclusive outpatient network.
• Identify and evaluate potential provider candidates, negotiate contracts, and manage provider onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provider contract terms.
• Collaborate with other departments to support the overall growth and success of the healthcare organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
