About the role
The Provider Network Development position is an exclusive outpatient network contract role based in Sewell, New Jersey, Washington Township.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential providers.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provider contracts.
- Manage the onboarding process for new providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
