Provider Network Development – Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid

About the role

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to develop exclusive outpatient networks. This includes identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers
• Identify and assess potential provider opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Manage provider onboarding and training processes
• Monitor network performance and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in provider relations or healthcare administration
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
