About the role

Provide clinical expertise to support the development and maintenance of an exclusive outpatient network in the Philadelphia area.

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and facilities
• Collaborate with other members of the provider network team to ensure alignment on goals and objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential new network members
• Manage contract negotiations and agreements

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Advanced practice certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
