About the role
Maintenance Technician - Grounds at the Airport. This is a part-time, temporary role.
Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control.
- Maintain airport landscaping, irrigation systems, and related facilities.
- Operate and maintain grounds equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and hand tools.
- Assist with snow removal and de-icing operations as needed.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on fences, signs, and other airport property.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and airport operational standards.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Experience with grounds maintenance equipment and tools.
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Schedule
