About the role

Leave Replacement Preschool Teacher position at LightBridge Academy, a Manville Preschool Program Partner, covering an interim leave of absence from approximately November 2026 through April 2027.

Responsibilities

• Design instruction to meet the needs of children so they can achieve individual milestones in preparation for kindergarten.
• Plan and implement weekly lessons based on the program curriculum.
• Communicate openly with parents.
• Work well in a team‑based environment.
• Ability to work flexibly with a collaborative team of staff members and volunteers.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with students aged 3 and 4 years.
• Ability to submit college transcripts.
• Hold a valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate with the P‑3 teaching endorsement.
• Possess a valid NJDOE certificate (CE, CEAS, or Standard).

Skills

• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Pay

Salary range: $66,000 – $73,000.
