Dover Public Schools is a progressive, culturally diverse school district in Morris County serving approximately 3,600 students, Pre-K through grade 12. The Dover Department of Special Services is currently accepting applications for the position of a special education teacher ANTICIPATED LEAVE REPLACEMENT SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER DISTRICT 2026-2027.

Qualifications

• A valid New Jersey Teacher of the Handicap Certificate
• Teacher of Students with Disabilities along with an Elementary K-6 certification or Preschool to Grade 3 certification
• Teacher of Students with Disabilities with content area certification (English, Math, Science, Social Studies)

Compensation

• $345 per diem
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
