Responsibilities
- Supporting children through play-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Aiding in daily classroom routines and transitions
- Creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment
- Encouraging social-emotional development and independence
- Collaborating with teachers and leadership to support classroom activities
- Maintaining classroom organization and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Educational Development Commission (EDC) Teacher certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education
- Montessori knowledge or interest is a plus
