Responsibilities

• Supporting children through play-based and hands-on learning experiences
• Aiding in daily classroom routines and transitions
• Creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment
• Encouraging social-emotional development and independence
• Collaborating with teachers and leadership to support classroom activities
• Maintaining classroom organization and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Educational Development Commission (EDC) Teacher certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for early childhood education
• Montessori knowledge or interest is a plus
