Job Summary
Calling all magic-makers and little-learner champions! Wayzata Early Learning is searching for an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom bursting with curiosity, creativity, and "AHA!" moments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sparking discovery through hands-on, age-appropriate learning adventures.
- Building confidence in little learners' language, motor, and social skills.
- Creating a classroom full of smiles, giggles, and growth.
- Planning and leading engaging activities that nurture whole-child development.
- Guiding and assessing student growth in language, motor, and social skills.
- Partnering daily with families at drop-off and pick-up.
- Leading and supporting classroom staff with warmth and clarity.
- Upholding school policies and fostering a culture of respect and positive reinforcement.
Qualifications
- MN license in Birth-Grade 3 or Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or education setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and a solid grasp of child development.
- Experience with differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
- Familiarity with Creative Curriculum, TS Gold, Pyramid Model, or Classroom Engagement Model a plus.

Salary and Schedule
- Starting Wage: $27.04/hour
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-2:00 pm at the Early Learning School
- School Year 26/27
