Responsibilities
- Leverage Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum to create and deliver engaging activities that foster children’s curiosity and learning.
- Build lasting relationships with students and parents, celebrating every milestone.
- Maintain daily communication with parents at drop-off and pick-up.
- Supervise a class of children at ratio while maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Engage with the school community in events like the Fall Festival, Carnivals, Summer Picnic, Parents' Night Out, and more.
- Interact with other childcare professionals and continue growing in your profession.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred for Lead Teacher position.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
- 1-2 years of previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred (experience is a plus, but passion and dedication are valued just as much).
- Dependable, positive, and able to work well in a team with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with handling children (for Infant Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib).

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
