About the role
Responsible for leading educational programs that support Head Start students in achieving academic and social milestones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with Head Start standards
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Mentor and guide teachers and staff in best practices
- Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with families to enhance home-school connections
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid state teaching license
- Experience working with young children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for early childhood education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
- $45,000 - $55,000 annually
