What You'll Do
- Prepare lesson plans
- Plan engaging classroom activities
- Observe children's progress
- Manage classroom behavior
- Complete progress reports and parent-teacher conferences twice a year
- Help with cleaning, diapering, and toileting as needed
Requirements
- A love of children and a desire to provide care based on best practices
- Experience in the field of Early Childhood Education
- In good health and demonstrate reliable attendance
- Willingness to support and engage with students
- Ability to act professionally and work cooperatively with colleagues
