About the role
Responsible for leading a team of preschool teachers in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Monitor and assess child development
- Collaborate with parents and other educators
- Ensure safety and health standards are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least 2 years of teaching experience
- Valid state teaching license
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Skills
- Knowledge of child development theories
- Experience with early childhood education techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
