What You'll Do
- Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for our students, adhering to strict classroom ratios at all times.
- Develop and implement engaging weekly lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our children.
- Provide regular hygiene and safety checks to prevent accidents and promote a healthy environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, free from clutter and hazards.
- Establish open and regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Support children in reaching their full potential by setting achievable goals and celebrating their milestones.
Requirements
- Hiring for morning, mid, and closing shift.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, able to pass a background check, and acquire a TB test and physical.
- Previous childcare experience preferred but not required.
Nice to Have
- Possess a current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Complete a 15-Hour SC Health & Safety Course to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Take a Bloodborne Pathogens Class to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
