About the role

Part-time Preschool Teacher Assistant position available. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45 am - 1:15 pm with option for more hours. Up to $22/hr with NYS TA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in implementing an award-winning curriculum for children ages 3 to 5 years
• Support an enriching environment for children in a daycare and preschool setting
• Work with a team to help young children explore, learn, and grow
• Assist with special needs children in integrated preschool classrooms

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• NYS TA Certification preferred
• Preschool or PreK experience a plus
• Experience with special needs children ideal
• High energy level and caring personality
• Teamwork mentality and positive attitude
