Preschool Special Ed Teacher

This position requires both an NH Department of Education License in Early Childhood Education (1866) and Early Childhood Special Education (1912).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for all children in the classroom.
  • Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of special education students.
  • Collaborate with other educators and families to support student learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on student progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Current NH Department of Education license in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education.
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of children and families.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a safe, healthy environment.
  • Knowledge of child development and learning theories.
