Preschool Soccer Coach
About the role
No soccer background? No problem! If you love kids and love bringing energy, this job is for you. You will lead high-energy, FUN 30–60 minute sessions using our curriculum. Every session should be engaging, safe, and filled with encouragement.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading sessions, creating a safe and inclusive environment, and building relationships with children ages 2–8. You should be safety-conscious, caring, organized, responsible, and energetic.
Requirements
- A passion for positively impacting children ages 2–8
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to class locations throughout Westchester County
- Ability to complete and pass our background check
- Completion of our comprehensive, paid training program to become Soccer Shots certified

The ideal candidate should be safety-conscious, caring, organized, responsible, and energetic, with a genuine warmth and enthusiasm for working with children.

Pay
Competitive pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, with paid training at $20/hour, post-evaluation rate at $25/hour, and additional wage increases based on performance.
Schedule
Shifts available: Tuesdays 9:00-11:15, Tuesdays 3:30-6:10, Wednesdays 9:00-11:00, Thursdays 9:00-11:00, Fridays 9:00-12:00, Fridays 3:45-5:00, Saturdays 8:30-11:30, Sundays 8:30-11:30. Candidates with weekend availability will be prioritized, and more hours may be available.
