Preschool Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots is a non-competitive, character-focused soccer program that introduces the game to children ages 2–8. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.

About the role

• Part-time, flexible schedule with shifts available on weekday mornings (9:00am–12:30pm), weekend mornings (9:00am–12:30pm), and some weekday evenings (4:45pm–6:45pm)
• Seasonal sessions (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) typically lasting 30–45 minutes
• Work at a variety of locations including childcare centers, preschools, and public parks
• Paid training provided

Pay

$20–$24/hour, with opportunities for advancement

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a state background check and FBI fingerprinting
• Must have reliable transportation, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record (equipment transport may be required)
• Comfortable engaging and interacting with young children (ages 2–8)
• Responsible, timely, attentive, safety-conscious, and reliable with your schedule
• Confident leading groups of 10+ children in a fun, structured environment
• Outgoing, energetic, and able to connect with young children
• Patient, adaptable, and flexible when things don’t go as planned
• Professional, friendly, and respectful with parents, staff, and partners
• Collaborative, dependable, and a strong communicator

Qualifications

• Soccer experience is a plus, but not required—experience with children is key
