What You’ll Get

• Between $13 and $23/hour
• Comprehensive training in leadership, communication, and early childhood education
• Different opportunities through tiered part time roles:
• Tier 1 – 4 - 9 sessions/week (4–9 hrs/week)
• Tier 2 – 10 - 15 sessions/week (10–15 hrs/week)
• Tier 3 – 16 - 22 sessions/week (16–22 hrs/week) - Includes mileage reimbursement (up to $75/month)

When We Need You Most

• Mornings: 8:45 AM – 11:30 AM
• Afternoons: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
• Evenings: 4:30 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Need

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and passion for teaching kids
• Consistent weekly availability

What You Don't Need

• Experience, we will teach you everything you need to know!

Where We Coach

• We operate year-round at childcare centers, parks, and schools across the Lafayette, Broussard, Youngsville, Breaux Bridge, and Scott Areas.

Hours of Operation

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Saturdays 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
