We're looking for a passionate, energetic, and nurturing Preschool/Pre-K Teacher who loves working with children, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and wants to make a lasting impact during some of the most important years of a child's development.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where every child feels valued.
- Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum through meaningful, hands-on activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development.
- Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to create an exceptional classroom experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in a preschool, daycare, childcare center, or school preferred.
- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
- Must meet New Jersey licensing requirements.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
