Daycare - Preschool Teacher

About the role

Little Sprouts – Milton, MA is seeking a Full-Time Preschool Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Plan and lead daily activities that promote learning and development
• Provide individualized attention to each child
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss children's progress and needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid Massachusetts teaching license
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Pass a background check
