Build positive, professional relationships

• Daily greetings and ongoing communication with children and families

Recognize and respond to diverse needs

• Identify and address diverse developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs
• Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral support plans as required

Plan, implement, and document curriculum

• Develop and follow developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence educational philosophy and Signature Programs
• Use Cadence-required systems and communication tools for family, coworker, and leadership interactions

Maintain a safe and supervised classroom

• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual
• Accurately document and report accidents, incidents, and escalated behaviors

Follow policies and attend training

• Adhere to Cadence Education policies and procedures
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and professional development
