We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. The "About The J" includes EEO statements and mission statements. According to rules: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO statements and maybe the mission/values? The mission and values might be considered part of "About The J" but they might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The mission and values might be okay to keep as they are descriptive of organization. However they might be considered generic. But we can keep them as part of "About the role"? Actually "About The J" is separate from role description. The instruction says we should use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to these headings. We have: - Description: The J offers American Red Cross group swim lessons... etc. This could be "About the role" (description of role and organization). So we can put that under
