Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Assess and document each child’s progress towards developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to support student growth.
- Adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Valid state teaching license or ability to obtain within one year.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive student information.

Pay
