Responsibilities

• Care for children in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Accurately observe, assess, and plan for each child's needs, and communicate effectively with families.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum and create engaging learning experiences.
• Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, and bring children to work if needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and receive tuition reimbursement and credential assistance.

Requirements

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• The ability to meet state and center requirements for education and qualifications.
• Physical stamina to engage in physical activities with children.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
