Responsibilities

  • Carefully follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the safety and well-being of each child in your classroom.
  • Engage actively with children, observing, assessing, and planning activities that promote their development and communication with families.
  • Develop a deep understanding of child care, preschool, and developmental topics through extensive training.
  • Create engaging, interactive learning experiences using our proprietary curriculum.

Requirements

  • Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
  • Able to meet state and center requirements for education and qualifications.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, and capable of engaging in physical activities with children.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old.

Skills

  • Caring and attentive to children's needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
  • Strong observational and assessment skills.
  • Ability to implement and adapt a curriculum.
  • Physical stamina for engaging in physical activities with children.

Compensation is based on position, education, and experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week.
