Preschool and Kindergarten Babysitter

We are seeking a kind, dependable, and engaging babysitter for our two boys, ages 6 and 3, in Columbus, OH.

About the role

This short-term position is available for Friday, September 11, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Our children are active, curious, and enjoy playing outside, reading, building with LEGO and blocks, doing crafts, and using their imaginations. We are looking for someone who is hands-on and can create fun, meaningful days filled with play, learning, and adventure.

Our oldest child attends kindergarten during the day, while the youngest is in preschool part-time.

Responsibilities

• Preschool pickup
• After-school childcare
• Morning assistance to get the children ready for school

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Previous childcare experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Qualifications

• Reliable, patient, and safety-minded
• Capable of fostering a structured and nurturing environment
