Preschool After Care Assistant

Job Summary

The Archdiocese of St. Louis strives to teach and share our faith, serve others, and foster unity throughout the St. Louis area. Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preschool students during after-care hours
• Aid in age-appropriate activities, play, and quiet time
• Maintain student safety and well-being at all times
• Ensure a clean, organized, and respectful environment
• Communicate any concerns to the Preschool Director or school administration
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Support the mission and values of Catholic education

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Ability to interact positively with preschool-aged students
• Strong supervision and communication skills
• Patience, reliability, and professionalism
• Commitment to supporting Catholic education
