Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads, engages, and provides support to the sales team by:
- Communicating with the customer & understanding their needs while building trust
- Creating RFPs
- Providing solution demonstration to the client
- Designing architectural solutions
- Leading the proof of concept to the client
- Collaborate & engage with the Sales team and leadership to contribute to sales strategy and deliver results
- Lead the solution sales activities within the sales process for multiple Energy and Resources products
- Provide support and technical expertise during sales calls and prospect
- Gather requirements, develop use cases, and provide results that address the client’s needs and constraints
- Manage the technical and/or solution response to RFIs/RFPs and oversee the team to help provide a comprehensive consultative response
- Create and present a solution proposal to the client showcasing how Energy and Resources products can meet and exceed the customer's requirements
- Demonstrate and utilize expert understanding of the upstream oil & gas industry and the Energy and Resources applications.
- Travel may be required due to client or business need.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Solutions Consultant Experience
- BA/BS or equivalent - Accounting/Finance degree preferred
- Experience in Upstream Oil and Gas software a plus
- Working knowledge of the complexities around Oil and Gas accounting preferred.
