Presales -HCM Solution Consultant - Healthcare - East

For our client, we are seeking a Presales -HCM Solution Consultant - Healthcare - East to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role partners closely with sales teams to support healthcare-focused opportunities through consultative, solution-oriented conversations. You will help translate customer needs into compelling human capital management solutions while guiding prospects through the sales cycle and shaping implementation-ready designs. The position also requires strong collaboration with technical and marketing stakeholders to influence deal strategy and support revenue growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,000 – $157,600 annually Responsibilities Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex solutions Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing customer inquiries Contribute to qualification of prospects and sales cycle closure plans Support sales, marketing, and technical objectives Assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs Participate in discovery sessions to understand customer pain points Qualifications 3-5 years of human resource ERP domain expertise for HCM Solution Consultant; 5+ years for Sr. HCM Solution Consultant 3-5 years of experience with cloud-based human capital management applications (e.g., Infor, UKG, SAP) 2-4 years in a presales, sales consulting, or implementation role 3-5 years working with core HR concepts (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment) Preferred understanding of AI/ML and cognitive computing Benefits Flexible work schedule with a mix of in-office and remote work Opportunity for professional development and exposure to various business areas Dynamic team environment with a focus on collaboration Access to a comprehensive benefits package Potential for bonuses and stock grants Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
