Presales Engineer

Mission

As a Presales Engineer, your role is to contribute to creating and tailoring end-to-end solutions for our customers, using the FlowX product, ensuring efficiency and delivering high-quality results.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and configure solutions accordingly
• Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet the business and functional expectations
• Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), working closely with senior engineers to validate feasibility and effectiveness
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date configuration documentation
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies
• Recommend enhancements or optimizations based on feedback

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Configuration Engineer, QA Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a similar technical role
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Information or a related field
• Familiarity with Python
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Angular concepts
• Knowledge in any BPMN platforms (e.g. Appian, Camunda, IBM, Pega) is a plus
