Mission
As a Presales Engineer, your role is to contribute to creating and tailoring end-to-end solutions for our customers, using the FlowX product, ensuring efficiency and delivering high-quality results.
What you will do on a daily basis
- Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and configure solutions accordingly
- Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet the business and functional expectations
- Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), working closely with senior engineers to validate feasibility and effectiveness
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date configuration documentation
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies
- Recommend enhancements or optimizations based on feedback
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a Configuration Engineer, QA Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a similar technical role
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Information or a related field
- Familiarity with Python
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Angular concepts
- Knowledge in any BPMN platforms (e.g. Appian, Camunda, IBM, Pega) is a plus
