Key Responsibilities
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of ClickShare products
- Provide pre-sales technical support, product education, and demo assistance to internal and partner sales teams
- Support the preparation of tender documents in collaboration with sales teams
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for key customers and prospects, supporting them on technical matters
- Create, manage, and execute support contracts
- Collaborate with sales teams to plan and organise sales opportunities
- Manage customer relationships by collecting and logging client feedback
- Analyse and interpret customer requirements and determine optimal solutions in collaboration with Product Management
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, and communicate findings to management
- Participate in trade shows, meetings, and training sessions as required
- Travel up to 60% as part of the role
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4–7 years of experience in deploying AV or IT solutions
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in user-friendly terms
- Fully fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage depending on the region supported
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, with a results-driven mindset
- Strong technical curiosity and aptitude for applying technical solutions
- Knowledge of customer service principles, with the ability to analyse requirements, identify issues, and propose solutions
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
