Reports to: Manager Requirements: Fluent in EnglishProficient reading and writing skillsComputer Skills Special Skills: Strong customer service skills RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smileIntroduce the Crunch Fitness brand to the community in the months leading up to the gym’s grand openingIdentify potential leads and sign up new members both in the pre-opening membership office and in the field through guerilla marketing tacticsRepresent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in “street team” activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locationsSet the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective membersParticipate in daily pre-opening activity planningTours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membershipAnswer phone calls in a professional and energetic mannerand HAVE FUN!!!
