Prepper-Polisher
Eligible for overtime.

Responsibilities
- Prepper-Polishers must be able to sand primer.
- Prepper-Polishers must have ability to detect minor dents and repair.
- Masking experience is preferred.
- Mixing of fillers to repair minor dents is required.
- Powder coating is not a requirement.
- Prepper-Polishers must have ability to color and polish out minor imperfections.
- Prepper-Polishers must have ability to detect orange peel and polish out.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in body shop or detailing experience.
- Or in training for a career in automotive refinishing.
- Full compliance with the Company’s DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications
- Available for both 1st and 2nd shift.
- 2nd shift has 8% shift differential additional to the base pay rate.
