About the role
We are looking for entry-level laborers who can provide work/family balance along with great benefits.
Responsibilities
- Rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts (some higher paid positions rotate weekly)
- Work over-time as required
- Work mostly Monday-Friday with over-time on weekends when necessary
- Follow work instructions and keep accurate records
- Measure small parts for long periods, perform AQL, and record
- Unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales
- Perform visual quality checks
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements
- Ability to rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts
- Able to work over-time as required
- Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekend work
- Able to follow work instructions and keep accurate records
- Able to measure small parts for long periods, perform AQL, and record
- Able to unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales
- Able to perform visual quality checks
- Able to wear required PPE

- $19.77 to $21.92 an hour base rate (shift differential for non-daylight positions)
