Responsibilities

  • Perform surface preparation including cleaning, grinding, and shot-blasting concrete for epoxy application
  • Support structural repair work by injecting epoxy resins into cracks and joints
  • Measure and mix epoxy materials (resins and hardeners) according to required ratios
  • Apply coatings including base layers, decorative finishes, and protective topcoats using rollers, squeegees, or spray equipment
  • Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as grinders, vacuums, and injection systems
  • Transport, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment across the job site
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards
  • Follow all jobsite procedures and supervisor instructions
  • Work on your feet for extended periods and move throughout the job site daily
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs regularly (heavier items with assistance)
  • Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing ladders or stairs
  • Use hands and tools to handle materials and complete repetitive tasks
  • Maintain balance and coordination while working in elevated or confined areas
  • Work in physically demanding conditions with continuous movement and manual labor

Qualifications

  • Understanding of epoxy materials, curing processes, and environmental impact on application
  • Experience with concrete repair, coatings, epoxy flooring, or similar construction processes preferred
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards, PPE requirements, and safe handling of chemicals
  • Experience operating specialized equipment such as grinders, vacuums, or injection tools preferred
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and active construction environments
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, including heat
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-focused mindset
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Prior construction or general labor experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish is required
