Maintenance - General Labor

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning hoses - Use 4"-6" hoses to clean spills, flush areas, and direct materials into drains
• Interior & exterior cleaning - Maintain cleanliness of buildings, work areas, and surrounding grounds
• General labor tasks - Assist with cleanup, material handling, and other physical duties as assigned
• Follow safety procedures - Use required PPE, follow site protocols, and maintain a safe work environment
• End-of-shift hygiene process - Shower on site at the end of each shift (30 minutes of paid time provided)

Requirements

• General labor experience REQUIRED
• Punctuality expectations - Candidates MUST arrive 10 minutes before shift start to be on the job site on time
• Extra clothing requirement - Associates must bring an extra full set of clothing daily due to on-site showers
• Ability to perform physical labor, work in wet environments, and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Additional Notes

• Associates receive 30 minutes of paid time at the end of each shift to shower and change
• Work may involve exposure to water, debris, and industrial cleaning environments
