About the Role
Creative Foam designs and manufactures cellular and non-cellular foams and plastics for automotive customers. This role involves laminating, slitting, and requires hand tool experience along with basic math skills, including the use of a tape measure.
Responsibilities
- Perform laminating and slitting operations
- Use hand tools and basic math skills (e.g., tape measure)
- Troubleshoot processes and equipment
- Work within an ERP system
- Operate in a stamping-like process environment
- Sit or stand for up to 10 hours per shift
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Troubleshooting experience
- ERP system experience
- Stamping or similar process experience
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
Schedule
First Shift:
- Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Possible Saturdays (if needed): 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
