Prep Operator - 1st Shift

About the Role

Creative Foam designs and manufactures cellular and non-cellular foams and plastics for automotive customers. This role involves laminating, slitting, and requires hand tool experience along with basic math skills, including the use of a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform laminating and slitting operations
• Use hand tools and basic math skills (e.g., tape measure)
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment
• Work within an ERP system
• Operate in a stamping-like process environment
• Sit or stand for up to 10 hours per shift

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Troubleshooting experience
• ERP system experience
• Stamping or similar process experience
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)

Schedule

First Shift:

• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Possible Saturdays (if needed): 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
