Pay

Starting salary: $15.00/hr (including tips).

• Tips: All tips are pooled among all hourly employees and paid out biweekly, typically boosting base pay by more than $2/hr.
• Quarterly Profit-Share: Full-time employees share in profits based on restaurant and company performance, potentially equaling up to 10% of quarterly pay.

About the Role

As a member of our prep crew, you will prep delicious food daily, working at prep stations while collaborating with the back-of-house crew and Kitchen Leader. Your role ensures all food is prepped and the kitchen remains spotless and organized.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper food handling methods.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
• Prepare delicious food consistently.
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during shifts.
• Report any food quality concerns to the Kitchen Leader.
• Follow all recipes and instructions with guidance from the Kitchen Manager.
• Lift and transport moderately heavy food items and kitchen equipment as needed.
