Essential Functions Duties & Responsibilities Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy proceduresExtensive knowledge of menu items and ingredientsFulfill orders accurately as dictated by par sheetsStrictly follow recipes and take personal pride in every item delivered for serviceAble to safely use and operate kitchen machineryHandle, store, date, and rotate all products properlyPromptly report equipment and food quality issues to a ManagerCommunicate clearly and professionally with all staff in the restaurantComplete all opening, closing, and side dutiesWork as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect Requirements Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Handlers Card. Kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
