Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare ingredients for cooking
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, dicing, and slicing
- Ensure food safety and adherence to kitchen sanitation protocols
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a high standard of food quality and presentation
Requirements
- Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred (but will train the right person)
- Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation
- Able to take direction and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation to work sites)
