About the role

As a Prep/Pantry Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality cold dishes for both à la carte dining and banquets. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in consistency, presentation, and working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce cold food items for restaurant and catering events
• Plate and execute à la carte menu items during dinner service
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
• Keep your workstation organized and efficient during service

Requirements

• 3-5 years of kitchen experience (prep or pantry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
