YOU WILL:
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality, preventing cross-contamination.
- Mastery of both cold and hot food item preparation, adhering to precise preparation guidelines.
- Follow strict food safety protocols.
- Skillfully operate food preparation equipment, ensuring each step is followed with precision.
- Manage cold prep equipment such as fit-wash and robot coupe.
- Maintain immaculate, food-safe prep stations throughout your shift.
- Efficiently set up and dismantle food preparation areas, keeping prep equipment organized and sanitary.
- Facilitate clear communication between kitchen leadership and various kitchen zones to gauge and fulfill prep needs.
- Ensure consistent stocking of all areas.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our evolving seasonal menus and its components.
- Properly store received orders.
YOU HAVE:
