Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards in food preparation, safety protocols, and cleanliness
• Prepare menu items as per given recipes, plate presentations, and specifications, ensuring each dish meets quality standards
• Complete all assigned prep work efficiently and set up the workstation
• Follow sanitary and safe food handling practices at all times
• Clean and sanitize work area before, during, and after each shift
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects to maintain a hygienic and organized kitchen environment
• Verify stock and set up equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

• Great communication skills to effectively coordinate with other kitchen staff for timely and accurate preparation of dishes
• Highly mobile and able to move quickly and efficiently throughout the entire shift
• Physical stamina with ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift between 25–50 pounds
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
