Prep Cook/Dishwasher at Baxter Arena

Responsibilities

• Fulfill service for each Food Order or BEO
• Prepare and cook food as needed using grills, fryer, knives, and other equipment
• Prep all necessary food items for daily service as directed
• Produce high-quality food with excellent taste and follow presentation standards
• Break down stations and store all food properly
• Wash and sanitize all flatware, glassware, kitchen utensils, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and health code standards
• Organize and restock dishes, small wares, utensils, kitchen supplies, and equipment
• Maintain direct communication with kitchen staff regarding inventory levels, breakage, and proper operation of equipment
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all carts, racks, hot boxes, etc.
• Properly dispose of trash and recyclables in assigned places
• Keep work area free of spills and food debris on the floor
• Follow proper guidelines for the safe and sanitary operation of the dish machine
• Keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare recipes as directed
• Take direction well
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
